Who we are

Agentic PPC Ads is a trading name of K Chinhara & Company Limited ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16198312. Our registered office is Peek House, 20 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1EB, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on this page, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• your name and email address
• your website address
• the keywords and locations you want to target
• your monthly advertising budget range

When you arrive on this page from an advertisement or a tracked link, we also record the tracking codes attached to that link. These include advertising click identifiers (for example from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Facebook) and campaign labels such as the source, medium and campaign name. They tell us which advertisement or link brought you here. We store them alongside your form submission.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• prepare the free competitor report and landing page review you asked for
• contact you about that report and, if you are interested, about our Google Ads services
• measure which of our advertisements lead to enquiries, so we can spend our own advertising budget sensibly

We rely on two grounds for using your information. Preparing the report you asked for is a step you have requested before any agreement with us. Following up with you and measuring our advertising are in our legitimate interests as a business, and we keep that use limited to what you would reasonably expect after asking us for a report.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This website uses the Google tag, which is provided by Google and may set cookies in your browser. We use it to measure whether a visit from one of our Google advertisements led to an enquiry. When you submit the form, your email address is passed to the Google tag so that Google can match the enquiry to the advertisement you clicked. You can read how Google uses information from websites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The form will still work if you do.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet and sent to us as an email notification through Google Workspace. Only the Agentic PPC Ads team has access to them. Google may store and process this information on servers outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the report or our services, and for up to 12 months after our last contact. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop contacting you

Email kuda@agenticppcads.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy laws, and we will honour them.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
